Fantastic location. Near lift down to beach, next to pier overlooking the sea and a nice walking distance into the old town at nights.Bruno was always very helpful with any queries we had.Rooms were very clean and we had a nice big balcony.

Unbeatable view with huge balcony! The price-performance ratio is great. Everything worked out great. The beds are comfortable, the AC works, the bathroom is large - you have everything you need. Also a refrigerator. In addition, everything is very clean.

Out stay was great. the room itself very tidy and clean, super close to everything. the little refrigerator in the room was very handy. the most fascinating thing though was of course the view on the ocean. we spent long nights on the balcony.

small hotel, very clean and very well located by the sea, two good restaurants right next door. the center of the old town with the restaurants, the shopping streets and the ambient music in the streets in the evening for those who wish it are very close to the hotel We had a beautiful terrace with furniture to hang the breakfast lunch The room and bathroom are comfortable and the decor is very tasteful, clean white and blue The staff is very friendly and gives good advice The PENECO beach is right next to the hotel with the large elevator to go down to the beach effortlessly We also visited the caves and dolphins by boat from the very close marina and made some excursions to the nearby towns Loulé, Lagos, Monchique.. Great vacation in the Algarve!

This hotel was in an amazing location, the view from the room was spectacular. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and happy. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of storage space and the balcony was bigger than i expected.

"Beautiful views and perfect location"

The view from the sea view rooms is beautiful with unspoiled views of the coast, beach and the below cat park/pier. The rooms were very clean, there is a working kettle and fridge, hot water was always available. Very happy with all of the facilities and price.The location is perfect with excellent Portuguese and Indian restaurants next door. If you turn left upon exit there is an ATM 100m or so down the street that isn't Euronet (avoid this brand throughout Europe).The rooms look better than the photos. Would advise that a photographer is employed to advertise the rooms better. Far exceeded my expectations.

"Beautiful accommodation with an incredible view"

Incredible location, view, facilities, cleanliness and staff. Everything about the place was incredible and such good value for money. The presence of a fridge was also so useful for storing drinks and snacks. The Balcony was such a huge plus as it allowed us to enjoy a drink overlooking the sea in the evening, watching the sun go down. If you're thinking about whether it's worth paying the extra for the balcony room, it definitely is. We couldn't believe how affordable this place was and it really made our trip.
